46 Insertion of new s 29A

After section 29 —
insert—

29A Enforcement costs—Act, s 149 For section 149 of the Act, the following types of cost are prescribed—

(a) work of the type usually performed by a locksmith;

(b) towing or otherwise transporting a vehicle;

(c) impounding a vehicle;

(d) storing or securing property;

(e) insurance;

(f) selling property, including any of the following—

(i) engaging an agent;

(ii) advertising;

(iii) preparation for sale;

(iv) commission.
