TOURISM AND EVENTS QUEENSLAND ACT 2012 No. 44 - SECT 14

(1) The CEO may delegate the CEO's functions to—

(a) the executive officer; or

(b) an appropriately qualified employee of the employing office.

(2) In this section—

appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to perform the function.

Example of standing—

a person's seniority level in an entity

function includes power.
