TERRORISM (PREVENTATIVE DETENTION) ACT 2005 No. 73 - SECT 27

27 Application for extension of final order

If a final order is in force for the person, a police officer may apply to an issuing authority for an extension, or a further extension, of the period for which the final order is to be in force for the person.
