15 Replacement of s 440 (Application of chapter)

Section 440 —
omit, insert—

440 Application of chapter This chapter—
(a) applies only to the transportation of dangerous goods by rail, other than prescribed exempt transport; and
(b) applies in addition to, and does not limit, any other provision of this Act or any other Act.
