18 Amendment of sch 6 (Dictionary)

Schedule 6 —
insert—

"department’s website" means a website, or part of a website—

(a) administered by the department; and

(b) with a URL that contains qld.gov.au.

(a) for chapter 6, part 7, division 3, see section 100(1)(b); or

(b) for chapter 6, part 8, division 6, subdivision 3, see section 105ZJ(1)(b).
