28 Amendment of s 117M (Internal review of decisions)

(1) Section 117M (1) —
omit, insert—

(1) This section applies if the general manager—

(a) refuses an application for an approval; or

(b) amends, suspends or cancels an approval.

(2) Section 117M (2) , ‘or authorised officer’s’—
omit.

(3) Section 117M (4) (a) , from ‘or authorised’ to ‘decision’—
omit.

(4) Section 117M (5) , definition
"approval" , ‘or an authorised officer’—
omit.
