44 Replacement of s 151 (Application of chapter)

Section 151 —
omit, insert—

151 Application of chapter This chapter—

(a) applies only to the transportation of dangerous goods, other than prescribed exempt transport; and

(b) applies in addition to, and does not limit, any other provision of this Act or any other Act.

151AA Definition for chapter In this chapter—

"prescribed exempt transport" means the transport of dangerous goods that is prescribed by regulation as exempt from the application of this chapter.
