48 Amendment of sch 4 (Dictionary)

(1) Schedule 4 , definition
"court" —
omit.

(2) Schedule 4 —
insert—

"department’s website" means a website, or part of a website—

(a) administered by the department; and

(b) with a URL that contains qld.gov.au.

"prescribed exempt transport" , for chapter 5A, see section 151AA.
