TAFE QUEENSLAND ACT 2013 No. 27 - SECT 33

(1) This section applies to a person who—

(a) is appointed as a public service employee; and

(b) was, immediately before taking up the appointment, an employee of TAFE Queensland.

(2) The person's service as an employee of TAFE Queensland must be regarded as service as a public service employee.
