TAFE QUEENSLAND ACT 2013 No. 27 - SECT 60

60 Delegation by TAFE Queensland

TAFE Queensland may delegate a function to—

(a) a member; or
(b) the chief executive officer; or
(c) an appropriately qualified employee of TAFE Queensland; or
(d) an appropriately qualified person performing work under a work performance arrangement or performing duties under an interchange arrangement.
