30 Amendment of s 282 (Disclosure of interests by member of disclosure body)

Section 282(4), definition disclosure body--

omit, insert--

'disclosure body means any of the following--

(a) the council;

(b) a TAFE institute council;

(c) a committee established by an entity mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b);

(d) a committee established by the chief executive.'.
