9 Amendment of s 151 (Total incapacity--workers whose employment is not governed by industrial instrument)
(1) Section 151(1)(b), '52 weeks'--
omit, insert--
'2 years'.
(2) Section
151(1)(c)--
omit.
(3) Section 151(1)(d)(i)(A) and (B)--
omit, insert--
'(A) 75% of the worker's NWE;
(B) 70% of QOTE; or'.
(4) Section 151(1)(d)--
renumber as section 151(1)(c).
