23 Amendment of s 12P (Who may prepare and use particular products)

Section 12P(2)(a) and (b) and (4)(a) and (b)—
omit, insert—

(a) has the prescribed qualification; or

(b) prepares or uses the product under the direct supervision of someone else who has the prescribed qualification.
