Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) This section applies if the body corporate passes a resolution approving the engagement of a person as a body corporate manager or service contractor, or the authorisation of a person as a letting agent.
(2) The resolution is of no effect if the term of the engagement or authorisation does not start within 12 months after the passing of the resolution.
