BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (STANDARD MODULE) REGULATION 2008 No. 273 - SECT 157

157 Reporting particular payments to committee

(1) A body corporate manager who pays an account on the basis of an authorisation given by the committee, or by the body corporate in a general meeting, must, if required by the committee or body corporate, give the committee a written report on the payment.

(2) A committee member who acts under a resolution mentioned in section 57(1)(d) must, if required by the committee, give the committee a written report on the costs incurred in acting under the resolution.

(3) A report given under subsection (1) or (2) must contain the details about the payment or costs reasonably required by the committee or body corporate.

(4) This section does not apply to a body corporate manager acting under a chapter 3, part 5 engagement.
