Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) This section applies to a person claiming an entitlement to money or securities in court and named in an order of a court relating to the money or securities.
(2) The person, or the person's solicitor, may ask the registrar of the court to record the following information--
(a) the name and address of the person or of the person's solicitor;
(b) a change of that name or address.
(3) The registrar must record the information in a form convenient for reference.
