DISABILITY SERVICES AND OTHER LEGISLATION (WORKER SCREENING) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2021 - REG 21

21 Amendment of s 12B (Prescribed authorities—Act, sch 1)

(1) Section 12B , before paragraph (a) —
insert—

(aa) an NDIS clearance or State clearance, or a clearance card for an NDIS clearance or State clearance, under the Disability Services Act 2006 ;

(2) Section 12B (aa) to (i) —
renumber as section 12B (a) to (j) .
