Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) The authority may decide to recognise non-Queensland studies as contributing studies if the authority is satisfied the studies relate to a level of schooling that is equivalent to senior secondary education.
(2) If the authority decides to recognise studies under this section, the authority must list the studies on its website.
