EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND CURRICULUM AND ASSESSMENT AUTHORITY) REGULATION 2014 No. 126 - SECT 116

A QCE must state each of the following—

(a) the name of the person to whom it is issued;

(b) the date it is issued;

(c) that the person has met the eligibility requirements for a QCE.
