Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) A person may apply to the authority for an exemption from the requirement to take the core skills test.
(2) The application must be made before, or within 7 days after, the day of the core skills test unless the authority extends the day for the person to apply.
(3) The application must—
(a) be in the approved form; and
(b) state the grounds on which the applicant believes the exemption should be given.
