Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) The authority must consider the application and decide to grant, or to refuse to grant, accreditation of the guideline.
(2) The authority must decide to grant accreditation of the guideline if the authority considers the guideline satisfies each of the educational criteria and the social responsibility criteria.
