Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) A person who is issued with a Queensland certificate of individual achievement or statement of results may apply to the authority for verification of information in the certificate or statement.
(2) The application must—
(a) be in the approved form; and
(b) be made within 28 days after the certificate or statement is issued to the applicant unless the authority decides to accept it at a later date; and
(c) be accompanied by the verification fee.
