Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) The principal of a school must give the authority notice of the names of the students enrolled at the school who finish senior secondary education.
(2) The authority may by notice require the principal to give it the names at the time and in the way stated in the notice.
(3) The principal must comply with the requirement.
