EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND CURRICULUM AND ASSESSMENT AUTHORITY) REGULATION 2014 No. 126 - SECT 23

The following persons (each an applicant) may apply for renewal of accreditation of the guideline—

(a) the owner of the guideline;

(b) the registered nominee of the guideline;

(c) someone else authorised by the owner.
