Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) The authority must consider the application and decide to renew, or to refuse to renew, accreditation of the guideline.
(2) The authority must decide to renew accreditation of a guideline if the authority considers the guideline satisfies each of the educational criteria and the social responsibility criteria.
