Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) If the authority decides to approve a change to a guideline, it must as soon as practicable give the applicant a notice about the decision.
(2) If the authority decides to refuse to approve a change to a guideline, it must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
