Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) The authority must decide the level of achievement, for an examination subject, of a person who took an external senior examination for the subject.
(2) Before making its decision, the authority must allow enough time for the person to give a notice under section 61.
(3) If there is a student account open for the person, the authority must record the level of the person's achievement in the account.
(4) This section is subject to section 59.
