Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) A person is eligible to take a core skills test if the person will finish the year 12 year of schooling in the year in which the test is proposed to be taken.
(2) Also, a person is eligible to take a core skills test if the authority declares the person to be eligible under section 67 or 68.
