Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) If the authority considers further information or a document is required for deciding an application under section 78, the authority may give the applicant a notice requesting information or a document be given to the authority within a specified period of at least 14 days.
(2) If the applicant does not comply with the request for further information or a document within the period stated in the notice, the applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application.
