9 Amendment of s 82 (Notice to transferee about approved safety switch)

Section 82 (2) and (3) —
omit, insert—

(2) The transferor must not state anything in the notice that the transferor knows is false or misleading in a material particular.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—15 penalty units.
