(1) Schedule 3—

insert—

Lot 98 on plan C153107 and lot 125 on plan SR361 situated in the counties of Nares and Solander, containing an area of about 23.47ha'.

(2) Schedule 3, entry for Mount Peter Conservation Park, 'NPW858'—

omit, insert—

'NPW955'.
