FISHERIES AMENDMENT REGULATION (NO. 3) 2011 No. 224 - SECT 20

20 Amendment of s 242 (General conditions of a commercial fisher licence)

(1) Section 242(2), 'A commercial'—

omit, insert—

'The commercial'.

(2) Section 242(3), 'Subsection (4)'—

omit, insert—

'Subsection (5)'.

(3) Sections 242(2) to (4)—

renumber as sections 242(3) to (5).

(4) Section 242—

insert—

'(2) Subsection (3) applies to a commercial fisher using a commercial fishing boat under a commercial fishing boat licence on which the fishery symbol 'M1', 'M2', 'T1', 'T2', 'T4', 'T5', 'T6', 'T7', 'T8' or 'T9' is written.'.
