46 Taking or possessing tropical rocklobsters—southern rocklobster waters

(1) Without limiting subsection (2) , a recreational fisher must not in the southern rocklobster waters—

(a) take more than 5 tropical rocklobsters; or

(b) possess a tropical rocklobster taken in contravention of paragraph (a) .

(2) If there is more than 1 recreational fisher on a boat in the waters, each recreational fisher must ensure there are no more than 10 tropical rocklobsters on the boat.
