FISHERIES DECLARATION 2019 - REG 95

95 Possessing or using trawl nets—particular regulated waters

A person must not in the regulated waters possess or use a trawl net—

(a) if column 2 of the table in section 94 states a regulated period for the waters—in the stated regulated period; or

(b) otherwise—at any time.
