FOSSICKING REGULATION 2009 No. 167 - SECT 21

A person on a fossicking area must not, without the mining registrar's written approval--

(a) set up or use a loudspeaker system; or

(b) hold or address a meeting, assembly or religious service; or

(c) give a musical performance; or

(d) solicit donations; or

(e) give out literature.

Maximum penalty--5 penalty units.
