GOLD COAST WATERWAYS AUTHORITY REGULATION 2012 No. 232 - SECT 6

6 Amendment of sch 3 (Entities prescribed as units of public administration)

(1) Schedule 3, before item 1—

insert—

'1A Gold Coast Waterways Authority under the Gold Coast Waterways Authority Act 2012'.

(2) Schedule 3, items 1A and 1—

renumber as schedule 3, items 1 and 2.
