HEAVY VEHICLE (MASS, DIMENSION AND LOADING) NATIONAL REGULATION No. 77 - SECT 7

(1) The mass exceptions are as follows—

(a) the concessional mass limits;

(b) the steer axle mass exception limits;

(c) the quad axle group mass exception limits;

(d) the higher mass limits.

Note—

See Schedules 2 to 5 for details of the mass exceptions.

(2) A mass exception does not apply if a condition of the mass exception imposed under this Regulation is contravened.
