LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT REGULATION (NO. 2) 2010 No. 277 - SECT 23

23 Amendment of s 74 (Public notice of meetings)

(1) Section 74(5)--

renumber as section 74(6).

(2) Section 74--

insert--

'(5) The local government may publish the list of items to be discussed at a meeting, including any details or documents relating to an item, on the local government's website.'.
