LAND PROTECTION (PEST AND STOCK ROUTE MANAGEMENT) AMENDMENT REGULATION (NO. 1) 2007 No. 337 - SECT 3

3 Amendment of s 6 (Building lines for declared pest fences--Act, s 47)

(1) Section 6(1)(a), after 'dingoes'--

insert--

'and dogs other than domestic dogs'.

(2) Section 6(1)(a)(i), 'main dingo'--

omit, insert--

'wild dog'.

(3) Section 6(1)(a)(ii), 'dingo'--

omit, insert--

'wild dog'.
