4 Replacement of s 7 (Insurer’s premium if registration period less than 1 year—Act, s 13(4)(b))

Section 7 —
omit, insert—

7 Additional amount for insurer’s premium if registration period more or less than 1 year—Act, s 13 For section 13(4)(b) of the Act, the additional amount is—

(a) if the amount worked out under section 13(4)(a) of the Act (the
"proportionate amount" ) for a motor vehicle registered for less than 1 year would, apart from this paragraph, be less than $10—an amount equal to the difference between the proportionate amount and $10; or

(b) otherwise—nil.
