MEDICINES AND POISONS (POISONS AND PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES) REGULATION 2021 - REG 6

6 S2, S3, S4 and S8 poisons

(1) An
"S2 poison" is an S2 medicine treated as a poison under section 12 (2) of the Act .

(2) An
"S3 poison" is an S3 medicine treated as a poison under section 12 (2) of the Act .

(3) An
"S4 poison" is an S4 medicine treated as a poison under section 12 (2) of the Act .

(4) An
"S8 poison" is an S8 medicine treated as a poison under section 12 (2) of the Act .
