MINING AND QUARRYING SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATION 2017 - REG 123

123 Acknowledgement of appointment

(1) A person appointed to control winding operations at a mine must acknowledge the appointment by notice given to the site senior executive.

(2) For section 59(1)(e) of the Act, the notice is prescribed as a matter that must be included in the mine record.
