67 Storing, transporting, using and disposing of explosives

(1) A mine’s safety and health management system must provide for—

(a) the safe and secure storage and transport of explosives at the mine; and

(b) the safe use and disposal of the explosives.

(2) However, if the mine is not required to have a safety and health management system under the Act, the site senior executive must ensure the mine has a procedure or standard work instruction for the matters mentioned in subsection (1)(a) and (b).
