MINING AND QUARRYING SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATION 2017 - REG 75

75 Underground storage location

The underground mine manager, or, if there is no underground mine manager, the site senior executive, must ensure an underground magazine at the mine is located away from the following things at the mine—

(a) major access routes;

(b) emergency escape routes or emergency refuges;

(c) high occupancy areas;

(d) other hazardous substances;

(e) major service facilities;

(f) known micro-seismic areas.
