8 Application of Act provisions to major event areas—Act, s 12

For section 12 (2) (d) (ii) of the Act , the provisions of the Act stated in schedule 1 , column 2 are prescribed as provisions that apply to the major event area stated opposite in schedule 1 , column 1 for the period stated in schedule 1, column 3 for the major event area.
