MAJOR EVENTS (PACIFIC AIRSHOW GOLD COAST) REGULATION 2023 - REG 9

9 Controlled area and application of Act provisions—Act, s 12

(1) For section 12 (3) (a) of the Act , the area shown on the map in schedule 2 , part 7 as the Surfers Paradise controlled area is prescribed as a controlled area for the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast 2023.

Note—

The areas shown on the maps in schedule 2 , parts 2 , 3 , 4 and 6 as the Surfers Paradise controlled area are included for information purposes only.

(2) For section 12 (3) (c) of the Act , sections 30 to 35 of the Act are prescribed as provisions that apply to the controlled area for the following periods—

(a) 18 August 2023 from 8a.m. to 5:30p.m.;

(b) 19 August 2023 from 8a.m. to 5:30p.m.;

(c) 20 August 2023 from 8a.m. to 5:30p.m.
