40 Amendment of sch 6 (Dictionary)

(1) Schedule 6 , definitions
"unzoned marine park" and
"zoned marine park" .
omit.

(2) Schedule 6 —
insert—

"unzoned marine park" means—

(a) a marine park to which no zoning plan applies; or

(b) a part of a marine park that is not in a zone.

"zoned marine park" means—

(a) a marine park comprised entirely of zones; or

(b) a part of a marine park that is in a zone.

(3) Schedule 6 , definition marine resource , paragraph (a) , ‘coral, limestone’—
omit, insert —
coral limestone
