MARINE PARKS (GREAT SANDY) ZONING PLAN 2024 - REG 103

103 Taking or possessing particular pipefish

(1) This section applies to a commercial fisher in relation to using the marine park for trawling.

(2) The commercial fisher may take or possess pipefish of the species Solegnathus hardwickii or S. dunckeri only in compliance with—

(a) a regulated fish declaration under the Fisheries Declaration 2019 , chapter 3 ; and

(b) the Fisheries (Commercial Fisheries) Regulation 2019 , schedule 2 .
