Definitions for division

106 Definitions for division

In this division—

"former marine park" means the Great Sandy Marine Park described in the Marine Parks (Declaration) Regulation 2006 , schedule 3 , as in force immediately before the commencement.

"former plan provision" see section 107(1)(a).

"repealed plan" means the repealed Marine Parks (Great Sandy) Zoning Plan 2017 .
