MARINE PARKS (GREAT SANDY) ZONING PLAN 2024 - REG 27

27 Granting permission to enter or use zone in which designated area is situated

(1) This section applies if—

(a) a person applies for a permission to enter or use a zone; and

(b) a designated area or a part of a designated area is in the zone.

(2) If the entry or use would be inconsistent with the objects to be achieved for the designated area, the chief executive must not grant the permission for that part of the zone in which the designated area or a part of a designated area is situated.

(3) This section applies in relation to a designated area mentioned in any of divisions 3 to 12 subject to any requirements for entering or using the designated area under the relevant division.
